It is my goal to provide an optimistic and encouragement-focused approach to therapy. Through the use of active and empathetic listening, professional counseling techniques, exercises and methods focused towards attaining measurable progress, I will work with you to find resources, tools and skills to pro-actively and confidently manage what you are faced with today. With a non-judgmental, caring and compassionate approach, I will also work with you to find healing from issues of trauma, abuse, grief, broken relationships or other unresolved issues from your past.

Treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), solutions focused therapy (BSF), biblio-therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and faith-centered counseling techniques when desired. Treatment plans are developed collaboratively with each client and are tailored to each individual to provide a safe place where you can begin your journey of healing with a trained counselor who will support and guide you in your healing journey.
